STEP 2: FILL OUT PREQUALIFICATION
Once you’ve found a home you love, let us know! When you're ready to move forward, complete
our prequalification form and once approved,
take the next step to purchase yourself
or to securing financing.
STEP 3: CHOOSE A LENDER
(IF NEEDED)
You can get that bit of help to purchase a home.

credit union you already work with.
Step 4: APPLY FOR FINANCING
Most applications take just 5-10 minutes
to fill out. Your lender can guide you
through the approval process.
