Places to Check Out

  • The Jacksonville Community Center - 1/2 mile from away and has an air conditioned basket ball court, indoor walking track, weight room with both weight machines and free weights, stationary bikes, treadmills, an outdoor pool, soccer fields, shower facilities and more. 

  • Ladiga Trail - Only a few hundred yards from the park. The Ladiga trail connects to the Silver Comet trail at the Georgia state line.  This will take you all the way to Atlanta.  The smooth and flat trail is a great place to bike or exercise and there's no cars allowed. 

Educational Opportunities

  • University Estates is proud to be in the Jacksonville city school district.  Both the high school and elementary school are about 1/2 mile away.  School buses pick up in the park.   We are less than a mile from the Jacksonville State University campus.
